about vintagecollectorworld: The world is changing so fast that most people are losing contact with the things that really matter. We must remember that we are just here for a short period of time. So in this blog I am trying to show people some great stuff. I'll try to talk about super cool watches, cars, movies, motorcycles, places, music and more. There will be no logic in this blog but all you get to see is really cool. Cheers, Bernard De Vos

Mastering Vintage Timepieces
I can't hide I am a big fan of Abel Court. What he can do with a vintage watch that is in bad condition is simply unbelievable. In the Heuer community he is called "the magician" and he really deserves that name. For movement services and especially case refurbishments he is the best in the world. His prices are really ok and what's great about his service is that he keeps you updated on the work in progress and that he will not take decisions without consulting you. You hear the most horrific stories about watchmakers ruining your watch with bad case refurbs or by changing originals parts by wrong replacement parts. None of that with Abel Court ( Heuertime.com ). Since he also is one of the greatest Heuer experts in the business he knows what parts your vintage Heuer needs or doesn't need. Here some "before" and "after" pictures of my Heuer Montreal 110.503B.
